Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for a Payroll Specialist with a strong background in U.S. payroll processing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of payroll experience and expertise in handling payroll for large employee populations. This role requires proficiency with ADP Vantage and a keen attention to detail to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing. This is a contract opportunity with a world leading manufacturer of medical and safety technology products in Telford PA. Hybrid work schedule available.

Pay $28/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll for approximately 1,200 employees across multiple locations in the U.S.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution, including wages, deductions, taxes, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Utilize ADP Vantage to manage payroll operations, troubleshoot system issues, and generate reports.
Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity within the payroll system.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll integration and reporting.
Stay updated on payroll laws, tax regulations, and industry best practices.


Qualifications:

5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a mid-to-large-sized organization.
Proficiency in ADP Vantage is required.
Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
Experience processing payroll for 1,000+ employees is preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
