Overview:
Seeking a results-driven professional to support Fixed Income Operations transformation, focusing on U.S. Treasury Clearing and Regulatory Compliance. This role involves managing change initiatives, improving operational processes, and collaborating across multiple departments, including Operations, Technology, Sales & Trading, Finance, and Risk.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional specs.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between business and tech teams to align goals and expectations.
Data Analysis: Analyze trends and performance; create reports and dashboards to inform decision-making.
Solution Delivery: Propose, test, and validate new systems/processes.
Change Management: Support implementation of process or regulatory changes; deliver user documentation and training.

Requirements:

Strong communication and presentation skills
Client-focused, presentable, and confident
Comfortable working under pressure and independently
Effective collaborator across all levels and backgrounds
Familiarity with Operational Risk, Client Money Protection, and Funding
