Job Description:
DescriptionThe Thermoformer Operator is responsible for the
operation and quality of bubble wrap and other similar products
produced by the Thermoformer.1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00am -
3:00pmWeekly pay with paid breaks!Starting Pay Rate: $22.75/hr plus
a shift differential of $2.10/hr per hourEssential Duties and
Responsibilities:Measure and test product Identify defects in
productRead and comprehend work orderAccurately complete First Off
Check SheetProduce product to work order
specificationsDimensionsBox quantitiesPallet configurationsLabel
informationPlacard informationRun speed (bags/rolls/lbs./pks. per
hour) maintainedRoll sizePerforation location, performance and
sizeMake labelsComplete and apply roll tagsMaintain budgeted scrap
levelsComplete Quality check sheet after every roll / per required
frequencyComplete Production data entry accuratelyMaintain required
inventory levels for pull systemStage rolls in required

subtraction, multiplication and division calculations.Reasoning
Ability:Must possess good organization and time management skills
and practicesComputer Skills:Must be capable of using a computer to
perform data entry and printing functions requiredWorking knowledge
of Microsoft Excel - preferredPhysical Demands: The physical
